Caleb has a Bachelor’s degree in Public Safety Management from Florida Gulf Coast University and holds the following active licenses in the state of Florida.
Caleb has many years of experience in the pre-hospital medical field. He was a fireman for 11 years as the lead medic on the fire engine. He was also a paramedic on interfacility critical medical flights for 12 years. He has served in a supervisory role for three years in an ambulatory setting by serving as Paramedic Field Training Officer for a medical transport company. Caleb is passionate about health and safety and meeting the community’s needs for in-home health care.
Syomara has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting and a minor in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida. Syomara has over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, and operations. She worked as a staff accountant in the private and government sector for several years after graduating college in 2002. She later founded an IT hardware company, which she led as President for five years. She has held executive management positions (Controller, VP of Operations, and CFO) with private corporations over the past nine years. She has also served as a consultant for several companies to aid them in project management, improving operations, and optimizing efficiency in business processes.
Syomara is true born leader. She has a passion for training and developing her team members, motivating them to reach their highest potential. She is dedicated to ensuring that the administrative and compliance standards of the home health care industry are not only met but exceeded.
Kelly has an Associate’s Degree of Nursing from Excelsior College in Albany, NY. Kelly became an LPN in 1994 and later became an RN in 2004 when she completed her Associate’s. She has 30 years of nursing experience, with 8 of those years specifically in the home health sector. Kelly takes pride in motivating her team to be the best in patient care & satisfaction, cultivating talent, and encouraging development. She has a passion for the advocacy of her team and her patients, while implementing critical thinking and clinical judgement skills. She strives to make the best home health experience for clients and their families.
Lee is a compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Coordinator demonstrating over 7 years of providing optimal care as a Home Health Aide and Office Coordinator. She is committed to providing all patients with outstanding care and scheduling aide support to help improve their quality of life. She is friendly and genuinely desires to help others in all needs to help improve their home health experience and enjoy enriching their life at home.
Amy has spent her life caring for people, which started out as a young girl in Ohio caring for her grandmother and later for her husband’s parents who suffered from dementia. She found her passion in memory care and has been a certified Home Health Aide in Florida for the past 5 years. She has specialized in the most difficult cases, and she has a true understanding of each person’s individual needs. Amy is very disciplined, organized, and compassionate. She also has 5 years of experience in customer service and scheduling.
